Information collected
The initial enquiry form asks for name, contact details, location, broad matter type, urgency, case status, opposing and related party names, and a short non-confidential summary. It also records the page used and limited campaign parameters such as source, medium and campaign. No document upload is offered.
Purpose
This information is used only to perform an initial conflict check, assess whether the enquiry can be considered, respond to the person, protect the website from abuse, and understand which informational pages lead to genuine enquiries. Submitting information does not create an advocate-client relationship.
Service providers and access
The form uses Google Apps Script and a restricted Google Sheet. The website is intended for GitHub and Cloudflare Pages hosting. Cloudflare Web Analytics is disabled unless the production configuration is deliberately changed. Access to enquiry records is restricted to authorised professional personnel.
Retention and deletion
Campaign attribution stored in this browser expires after 90 days. Initial enquiry records are reviewed and ordinarily deleted within 180 days after the last meaningful contact if the enquiry is not accepted, unless a longer period is reasonably required for conflict checking, security, professional obligations, dispute protection or applicable law.
